While Proconvia Consulting supports organisations in developing, improving, and maintaining management systems, certification outcomes, audit results, and regulatory approvals cannot be guaranteed, as these are determined by independent certification bodies and external authorities.

 

 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Ensuring access to relevant personnel, records, and systems

  • Implementing recommendations and actions arising from consultancy or training

Proconvia Consulting is not responsible for delays or outcomes affected by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Training Services

Training delivered by Proconvia Consulting is intended to build awareness, competence, and understanding. Completion of training does not in itself confer professional certification or accreditation unless explicitly stated in writing.

 

5. Confidentiality

All client information and materials shared during the course of consultancy or training will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, training content, and documentation developed by Proconvia Consulting remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use provided materials internally for their organisation but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them externally without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Proconvia Consulting shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity

  • Decisions made by clients based on advice provided

Our total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
